Scenario 是一個查詢台灣影展節目、整理個人觀影計畫的應用程式（a Chin app）。
Scenario 與所列的任何影展、電影節或其主辦單位沒有任何關聯，並非官方 App，也未經其授權或背書。App 中出現的影展名稱與活動名稱均屬各主辦單位所有，僅作辨識之用。
場次、時間、地點、票價、來賓出席、新聞與活動等資訊，整理自各影展公開發布的節目資料與網站內容。這些內容可能隨時異動，一切以各影展官方公布為準。對於因資訊延遲、錯誤或遺漏造成的任何損失（包括但不限於錯過場次、購票爭議），本 App 不承擔責任。
本 App 不販售票券。購票連結導向 OPENTIX、拓元等第三方平台或影展官方網站，交易、退換票及個資處理均依各該平台的條款進行，與本 App 無涉。
App 裡每一類內容的來源如下。我們不使用影展官網或手冊上的劇照與海報，也不把影展或片商的片介原文放上 App。（2026-09-13 之前，部分電影頁曾出現片商或影展的片介原文；已全部改由下述方式重寫，並向指出這點的人致謝。）

上述海報、劇照、預告片、新聞內容以及影展與電影的名稱，其著作權與商標權均屬原權利人所有。本 App 為免費的個人排片工具，並非官方 App；任何權利人（影展、片商、發行商、創作者）若希望移除或修改特定內容，請來信 shihching0608@gmail.com，我們會在三個工作天內處理，不需要任何法律文件。

排片時的通勤／轉場時間為概略估算，僅供參考，請自行預留充裕時間。
本聲明與政策依中華民國（台灣）法律解釋。
你加入的場次、排片大助的選擇、以及所有偏好設定（主題、語言、字體大小、提醒時間、交通方式），只儲存在你自己的裝置上，不會上傳。我們看不到你排了什麼片；換手機或清除 App 資料，這些內容就會消失（設定頁的「備份碼」是唯一的備援方式）。

場次提醒不需要伺服器——提醒在你的手機上排程，片單不會為了通知而上傳。
以下連線由 App 在你的裝置上發出，對方會如同一般網站瀏覽般收到你的 IP 位址，但不會收到你的片單或識別碼：
伺服器端資料存放於 Cloudflare（D1 資料庫）之全球網路。推播經由 Expo 推播服務轉送至 Apple 與 Google 的通知系統，內容僅含影展與節目資訊。
本 App 不針對兒童設計，也不會刻意蒐集兒童的資料。
政策若有變更會更新本頁日期；若變更涉及新增蒐集的資料類型，會在 App 內告知。
Scenario is an unofficial app for browsing Taiwanese film festival programmes. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any festival. All programme information is provided for reference only — always verify with the festival's official sources. Tickets are sold by third-party platforms under their own terms.
No accounts, no ads, no analytics, no trackers, no location access. Your watchlist and preferences stay on your device. The only data sent to our server: a random device identifier (for festival follows), a push token (if you enable notifications), and feedback you choose to send. Server data lives on Cloudflare; notifications are relayed via Expo. The app talks directly to OpenStreetMap (map tiles), OSRM (venue-to-venue travel times — venue coordinates only, never your location), YouTube (trailers), and festival image hosts. Titles, showtimes, sections and venues are factual programme data from each festival's public announcements. Film synopses are generated by AI (Anthropic Claude): the festival's or distributor's blurb is used as a source of facts and rewritten into one or two plain sentences, and any result sharing a run of eight or more characters with the source is rejected and redone; the source text is stored only for that check and never shown. They are never the festival's commissioned catalogue text, and the film page says so under each synopsis. Posters, stills and film metadata come from the TMDB API (films not on TMDB get no image); trailers play through YouTube's official embedded player and are never downloaded or re-hosted; IMDb and Rotten Tomatoes scores come from the OMDb API; festival news shows only a headline, date and link to the source, with the article's own og:image (the picture the site publishes for link previews) as the thumbnail, or none. Copyrights belong to their owners — any rights holder may request removal at the address above and we will act within three working days. This product uses TMDB data but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
