Scenario 是一個查詢台灣影展節目、整理個人觀影計畫的應用程式（a Chin app）。
Scenario 與所列的任何影展、電影節或其主辦單位沒有任何關聯，並非官方 App，也未經其授權或背書。App 中出現的影展名稱與活動名稱均屬各主辦單位所有，僅作辨識之用。
場次、時間、地點、票價、來賓出席、新聞與活動等資訊，整理自各影展公開發布的節目資料與網站內容。這些內容可能隨時異動，一切以各影展官方公布為準。對於因資訊延遲、錯誤或遺漏造成的任何損失（包括但不限於錯過場次、購票爭議），本 App 不承擔責任。
本 App 不販售票券。購票連結導向 OPENTIX、拓元等第三方平台或影展官方網站，交易、退換票及個資處理均依各該平台的條款進行，與本 App 無涉。
完整的換票規則在 App 裡第一次刊登、提案或傳訊息前顯示，規則更新時會請你重新同意。
App 裡每一類內容的來源如下。我們不使用影展官網或手冊上的劇照與海報，也不把影展或片商的片介原文放上 App。（2026-09-13 之前，部分電影頁曾出現片商或影展的片介原文；已全部改由下述方式重寫，並向指出這點的人致謝。）

例外：第18屆關渡電影節。經影展同意，關渡電影節的電影簡介、單元與講座介紹直接採用影展官方 Instagram 貼文的原文，海報、劇照與導演照片由影展提供；這些內容都標示「第18屆關渡電影節官方」，英文與泰文是我們翻譯的，畫面上也會註明。
上述海報、劇照、預告片、新聞內容以及影展與電影的名稱，其著作權與商標權均屬原權利人所有。本 App 為免費的個人排片工具，並非官方 App；任何權利人（影展、片商、發行商、創作者）若希望移除或修改特定內容，請來信 shihching0608@gmail.com，我們會在三個工作天內處理，不需要任何法律文件。

排片時的通勤／轉場時間為概略估算，僅供參考，請自行預留充裕時間。
本聲明與政策依中華民國（台灣）法律解釋。
你加入的場次、收藏、排片大助的選擇、以及所有偏好設定，預設只儲存在你自己的裝置上。不登入時，我們看不到你排了什麼片，換手機或清除 App 資料這些內容就會消失。登入後，這些資料會備份到你的帳號（見下表），只有你自己讀得到；還原時只會加回資料，不會刪掉手機上原有的東西。

場次提醒不需要伺服器——提醒在你的手機上排程，片單不會為了通知而上傳。
以下連線由 App 在你的裝置上發出，對方會如同一般網站瀏覽般收到你的 IP 位址，但不會收到你的片單或識別碼：
伺服器端資料存放於 Cloudflare（D1 資料庫）之全球網路。推播經由 Expo 推播服務轉送至 Apple 與 Google 的通知系統，內容僅含影展與節目資訊。
本 App 不針對兒童設計，也不會刻意蒐集兒童的資料。
政策若有變更會更新本頁日期；若變更涉及新增蒐集的資料類型，會在 App 內告知。
Scenario is an unofficial app for browsing Taiwanese film festival programmes. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any festival. All programme information is provided for reference only — always verify with the festival's official sources. Tickets are sold by third-party platforms under their own terms.
Accounts are optional (from version 2.0): without one everything works and your lists and preferences stay on your device; signing in (Apple or Google only) keeps just the platform's user id, a nickname and a picture — never an email, real name, phone number or password — and enables an account backup of your lists, favourites and settings, encrypted on our server with AES-256-GCM and readable only by you, plus the ticket exchange, where contact details and ticket-transfer links are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, shown only after both people agree, and deleted after the screening (chats after 30 days). The ticket exchange only matches screenings and offers a way to talk: Scenario never handles money, tickets or transfers; payment, handing over tickets and keeping the deal are up to the two people, and Scenario does not settle disputes, refund or compensate. Prices are chosen (swap, face value without booking fees, below face value, free) and reselling above face value is not allowed — it breaks the rules and may break the law (for example Article 10-1 of the Cultural and Creative Industries Development Act); such posts are taken down and accounts restricted. Hand over money and ticket at the same moment when meeting; online, use only the ticketing site's official transfer. Shared package or group tickets are settled between the people involved; Scenario collects and pays nothing. Reporting and blocking are what Scenario offers: content is taken down and accounts restricted on reports, and Scenario cooperates with the authorities as the law requires. When signed in, your viewing stats (festivals and screenings, total hours, diary entries) and your DVD shelf (each film's title, festival and date) are public to other users by default — each can be switched off on your profile, which takes it down at once; your notes, photos and ratings are never public. Deleting your account (Settings → Account) removes the account, sign-ins, backups, ratings and exchange data at once and revokes Sign in with Apple. Diary photos never leave your phone. No ads, no third-party analytics, no trackers, no location access. Otherwise the data sent to our server is: a random device identifier (for festival follows), a push token (if you enable notifications), feedback you choose to send, and — unless you turn it off in Settings — an anonymous +1 when a film first enters your watchlist and −1 when it leaves it entirely (the film's id only, with no device identifier and nothing else from your list; the server keeps only per-film daily totals, shown as the film's popularity rank and watchlist count). From version 2.0, unless you turn it off in Settings, anonymous usage statistics of our own (no third-party SDK): which screens and features were used, session length, the first 120 characters of error messages and load times, with a random id that changes every month, the platform and app version — never a device identifier, account, push token, IP address, list contents or location; raw records are deleted after 14 days and only daily totals are kept. Server data lives on Cloudflare; notifications are relayed via Expo. The app talks directly to OpenFreeMap (map tiles, with map data from OpenStreetMap), unpkg (the map library, MapLibre GL JS), Google Fonts (the typeface of venue labels on the map), OSRM (venue-to-venue travel times — venue coordinates only, never your location), YouTube (trailers), and festival image hosts. Titles, showtimes, sections and venues are factual programme data from each festival's public announcements. Film synopses are generated by AI (Anthropic Claude): the festival's or distributor's blurb is used as a source of facts and rewritten into one or two plain sentences, and any result sharing a run of eight or more characters with the source is rejected and redone; the source text is stored only for that check and never shown. They are never the festival's commissioned catalogue text, and the film page says so under each synopsis. The one exception is the 18th Kuan Du Film Festival: with the festival's permission its synopses and programme texts are its own Instagram posts quoted as written, and its posters, stills and director photos come from the festival, all credited to the festival (English and Thai versions are our translations and say so). Posters, stills and film metadata come from the TMDB API (films not on TMDB get no image); trailers play through YouTube's official embedded player and are never downloaded or re-hosted; IMDb and Rotten Tomatoes scores come from the OMDb API; festival news shows only a headline, date and link to the source, with a thumbnail from the item's own page — the picture the site publishes for link previews (og:image) where there is one, otherwise a picture from the article or the festival's news list (TFAI's text-only notices show a photo of its cinema). Copyrights belong to their owners — any rights holder may request removal at the address above and we will act within three working days. This product uses TMDB data but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
